Poland sets reporting items for strategic-goods general licences

It replaces the 3 April 2018 reporting regulation, which expired on that date.

Each export under either authorisation requires the licence or authorisation number, the goods' description and markings (name, type, brand, kind, serial number and any CAS number), the control number, quantity, value, currency and trade dates, the names and addresses of exporter, importer and other trade partners, the end-use with the end-user's name and address, and proof the authorisation's export restrictions were passed to the end-user or importer.Sejm

For each intra-EU transfer under a national general licence, the transferor reports the licence number, the goods' description and markings including any CAS number, the control number, quantity, value, currency and trade dates, the names and addresses of supplier, recipient and other trade partners, and proof that the transfer restrictions were passed to the end-user or recipient.Sejm Technical assistance providers operating under a national general licence report the licence number, the type and description of the assistance, the goods' description and markings including any CAS number, the control number, the value of the assistance, the foreign recipient's or importer's name and address, and the end-use with the end-user's name and address.Sejm

The lists feed the statute's annual reporting duty: a trader operating under either authorisation sends the trade control authority an annual account of that trade or of its absenceSejm by the end of the first quarter of the following calendar yearSejm, in paper form, to the electronic delivery address, or through the PIP system.
