Toldst so faulty declarations are rejected directly

Toldst. The same update section slates ten known issues for resolution
Toldst: the H7 acceptance-time bug that rates declarations two hours early (meanwhile avoid presenting pre-lodged IM/D declarations and submitting IM/A declarations between 00:00 and 02:00); retrospective G4G3/G5 temporary-storage declarations unavailable system-to-system (meanwhile tick retrospective in DMS Online); missing mandatory-field validation on invalidation-and-repayment requests INV+4C (meanwhile add commodity code and goods location manually); export declarations without a destination country passing Danish validation but failing abroad (meanwhile always complete 16 03 001 000); TST licence holders' access to G-declarations; declarations stalled at Modtaget when DutyTaxFee is omitted from the XML; H5/B4 declarations with PoUS document C620 stuck in validation; EORI-format validation stalls; goods-account remaining-quantity errors after two-item G4G3 write-offs; and invoice currency wrongly at item level on I1.
Data element 14 03 040 005 (unit and qualifier)Toldst will now be validated on import declarations
Toldst. Complete it with the relevant TARIC unit code such as KGM or LTR, found in TARIC under toldsatser.
For corrections, delete item lines on goods-account declarations (H1 end-use, H2, H3, H4, I1) with a partial-invalidation request, not a correction requestToldst. Do not amend write-off quantity or gross weight in DE 12 01 006 000 on already accepted declarations — request a manual write-off or closure of the goods account instead. Quota declarations whose quota reservation failed accept only one correction per request, each approved and processed before the next is submitted. Avoid adding TARIC additional codes in DE 18 09 059 000 through corrections wherever possible, and enter them correctly at first submission — a code added this way lands in internal systems but stays invisible in DMS Online and blocks subsequent actions on the declaration. Change requests to retrospective declarations re-rate the declaration at the current exchange rate rather than the rate at acceptance.
For goods accounts, ignore a premature “Konto afskrevet – Ja” on H4 declarations: while remaining quantity equals original quantity the correct value is “Nej”, flipping to “Ja” only at automatic write-off. Write-off history appears on the declaration written off from, not the one used for the write-off. No automatic write-off happens when goods move to transit on a D1 despite a correct prior-document reference — request a manual write-off or closure. Await the manual certificate control and release before submitting change requests on that declaration.
Elsewhere, work around empty PDF printouts by actively completing DE 14 06 (total invoice amount) even where optional, including H1, H3, H4 and H5 declarations. A misleading BR092 error about the consignee format on B2B H1 declarations with a single authorisation actually signals a missing processing-or-use place — check that element. Export declarants in the B1 pre-lodged AEO and B4-after-C2EIDR scenarios receive no control-intention notification and will see the declaration waiting for release without the usual status message. Quota declarations written off from a prior G4 goods account are invalidated by double write-off with no workaround published yet.
The update lands 24 October 2026; until then the listed temporary workarounds standToldst, and the ten listed issues carry expected-fixed status
