DMS Import: new PID rule and workarounds for AOPSV, quota faults
From 1 November file product identifiers on low-value e-commerce imports; omit a locking AOPSV code on outward-processing reimports and complete supplementary units on quota claims.

Danish declarants filing in DMS Import, system-to-system or Online, must apply three current operating rules for H1 reimports after outward processing, tariff-quota claims and low-value distance sales.
An H1 declaration for reimport of goods previously under outward processing that carries the code AOPSV in D.E. 12 02 008 000 locks in status indsendtToldst. The AOPSV entry carries in D.E. 12 02 009 000 the value of the previously exported goods before processing. Until the fault is corrected, omit the AOPSV code in D.E. 12 02
Toldst and declare the processing costs instead in the goods price in D.E. 14 08 001 000
Toldst. The duty amount is then calculated from the processing costs in D.E. 14 08 001 together with any additions declared in D.E. 14 04 for freight, insurance and other costs.
The related AOPSV text field keeps a fixed format. D.E. 12 02 009 000 is completed as CUR=XXX#AMT=nnnn.nn#DATE=YYYYMMDD, where AMT is mandatory and CUR and DATE are optional. Validation of that field is too restrictive, so an entry such as AMT=500.5 fails. Until corrected, enter AMT without decimals or with two decimals matching the amount, for example AMT=500 or 500.00 for 500 and AMT=500.50 for 500.5Toldst. From 28 November 2026 the AOPSV value must always carry two decimals
Toldst
Toldst, for example AMT=XXXX,XX.
From 1 November 2026 a separate product-identifier rule applies to e-commerce goodsToldst with an intrinsic value of no more than 150 euro
Toldst dispatched from outside the EU to private persons in the EU
Toldst. Each declaration for such distance sales must carry C127 and C128 plus either C129 or Y081, each code followed by the identifier itself
Toldst. C127 is the merchant product identifier assigned by the webshop, C128 the non-standardised manufacturer identifier such as an internal article number, C129 the standardised manufacturer identifier such as an EAN or ISBN where one exists, and Y081 the declaration that no standardised identifier exists for the product, used instead of C129. The C-codes with their identifiers belong under Supplerende dokumentation in D.E. 12 03 002 000 and the Y-code with its identifier under Supplerende reference in D.E. 12 04 002 000. Where the declarant cannot obtain a product identifier, the text field is completed with DKPID2027. That code is temporary and may only be used during a transitional period.
Quota claims need a pre-submission check. Applications for tariff quota fail where the commodity code is linked to a requirement to complete the supplementary unit in D.E. 18 02 000 000 but that data is missingToldst, and the user is not told that the failure is for missing data
Toldst. Before submitting a declaration that contains a quota application, check the commodity code in TARIC for a supplementary-unit requirement
Toldst, and where the code requires D.E. 18 02 000 000 under customs procedures 109, 110 or 111, complete it before submission
Toldst.
Legal basis: Toldstyrelsen DMS error and workaround overview entries TMA-3420, TMA-3320 and TMA-1780 together with DMS Import product-identifier requirements for non-EU distance sales from 1 November 2026.
Omit AOPSV on affected H1 reimports and declare processing costs in D.E. 14 08 001 000, complete supplementary units on quota claims before submission, and file C127/C128 plus C129 or Y081 — or DKPID2027 transitionally — on low-value e-commerce declarations from 1 November.
