Bflow

Connect a client's Bflow company so Taxxa can work with its books. You can ask questions about the ledger, invoices and supplier invoices, and use the data in your analyses. You sign in to Bflow and approve access for one company.

• The chart of accounts, financial years and opening balances.
• Vouchers ("verifikationer") with their rows and attached documents.
• Customer invoices, supplier invoices, payment terms and customers.
• Cost centres and projects.
• Changes in Bflow, such as creating a voucher, an invoice, a project or a cost centre, need your approval in Taxxa by default. Workspace admins set these rules under Action permissions.

• The company keeps its books in Bflow.
• You are a user at that company with the right to approve integrations, or a consultant at its accounting firm with administrator rights for the company.
• One connection covers one company. Connect each company separately.

1. 1In Taxxa, open Connectors, find Bflow and click Connect.
2. 2Choose the client. If the client is not in Taxxa yet, click Create a client first.
3. 3Click Connect. A Bflow sign-in window opens.
4. 4Sign in to Bflow and pick the company if Bflow asks.
5. 5Review the permissions Bflow shows and approve them.
6. 6You return to Taxxa and see Connection ready.

Bflow does not let you approve the connection.

Your Bflow user lacks the right to approve integrations for this company. Ask the company's Bflow user with that right, or your accounting firm's consultant, to connect instead.

Taxxa shows the wrong company.

Disconnect in Taxxa → Connectors. Connect again and pick the right company in Bflow.

The connection stopped working.

Access may have been revoked in Bflow. Click Reconnect in Taxxa → Connectors and approve again.

The company or its accounting firm can revoke Taxxa's access at any time in Bflow. It takes effect at once. You can also disconnect in Taxxa → Connectors.
