Procountor

Connect a client's Procountor company so Taxxa can work with its books. You can ask questions about the ledger, sales and purchase invoices, payments and payroll, and use the data in your analyses. You sign in to Procountor and pick the company. There are no keys to copy.

• Ledger receipts and journals, the chart of accounts, fiscal years, dimensions and VAT settings.
• Sales and purchase invoices, business partners and products.
• Bank accounts, bank statements and payments.
• Payroll data such as employees and salary slips, if your Procountor user may see payroll.
• Taxxa sees only what your Procountor user is allowed to see, in the one company you pick.
• Changes in Procountor, such as creating an invoice or a receipt, need your approval in Taxxa by default. Workspace admins set these rules under Action permissions.

• Procountor Financials ("Taloushallinto"). Procountor Ledger ("Tallennus") cannot be connected.
• The company allows paid integrations: "Hallinta > Yrityksen tiedot > Käyttöasetukset > Integraatioasetukset > Salli laskutettavien rajapintojen käyttö" must be ticked. Procountor charges a company-specific monthly fee for this, as set out in its price list.
• A Procountor username and password for a user in that company, with rights to the data you want Taxxa to read.
• One connection covers one company. Connect each company separately.

1. 1In Taxxa, open Connectors, find Procountor and click Connect.
2. 2Choose the client. If the client is not in Taxxa yet, click Create a client first.
3. 3Click Connect. Procountor's sign-in page opens.
4. 4Enter your Procountor username and password. The page explains that you are giving an external service access to Procountor.
5. 5Select the company Taxxa should access.
6. 6You return to Taxxa and see Connection ready. Finish the sign-in within five minutes.

The Procountor sign-in page expires or does not load.

Sign-in must be finished within five minutes, and the page needs cookies and JavaScript. Allow them in your browser and click Connect again.

Sign-in works, but the connection fails.

Check that the company uses Procountor Financials, not Procountor Ledger. Then ask a Procountor administrator to tick "Salli laskutettavien rajapintojen käyttö" under "Hallinta > Yrityksen tiedot > Käyttöasetukset > Integraatioasetukset".

Taxxa is missing invoices, payroll or other data.

Your Procountor user lacks rights to that area. Ask an administrator to add them under "Hallinta > Käyttäjät ja käyttöoikeudet" (users and user rights).

Taxxa shows the wrong company.

Disconnect in Taxxa → Connectors. Connect again and select the right company in Procountor.

In Procountor, open "Perustiedot" (the person icon, top right) → "API-avaimet" and click "Poista avain" on Taxxa's key. Company admins can revoke keys for any user. You can also disconnect in Taxxa → Connectors.
