What sources does Taxxa search?

Taxxa searches a continuously updated collection of more than one million pages from tax authorities, government publications, legislation and case law across the European jurisdictions it covers. Every response cites the underlying material, so a professional can inspect the rule, its jurisdiction and whether it is current before relying on the result.

Can Taxxa work with a team’s own documents?

Yes. Research can combine the public knowledge base with a team’s own PDF, DOCX, CSV and TXT files in one workspace. That makes it possible to compare a client document with the relevant guidance, trace a conclusion to its source and prepare a draft without losing the evidence that supports it.

Who is Taxxa built for?

Accountants, auditors, tax advisors, payroll specialists, bookkeepers and advisory teams working across European jurisdictions. Shared workspaces keep research available to colleagues, and citations make review easier.

Where is customer data stored, and is it used to train models?

Customer data stays in the European Union and is never used to train language models.

Does Taxxa replace professional judgement?

No. Taxxa is a research and drafting workspace. It helps professionals reach an informed starting point faster; the professional still reviews the evidence and makes the final decision. It does not file returns, post bookkeeping entries or give legal advice.

Estonia’s Tax and Customs Board lists shorter opening hours from 1 September 2026 for the Koidula and Narva railway border offices and the Sillamäe customs office. Importers, exporters and customs representatives using those offices should align their planned dealings with the new service windows.

Koidula railway border office, code EE4810EE, moves from round-the-clock operation every day to 07:00–19:00 every day.Emta The directory expressly shows the previous hours ending on 31 August 2026 and the new hours beginning on 1 September 2026.Emta The entry is for the railway border office in Koidula, rather than the separately listed road border office.

Narva railway border office, code EE5500EE, makes the same change: its previous daily, round-the-clock hours run until 31 August 2026, followed by daily opening from 07:00 to 19:00.Emta The directory identifies this office at Vaksali 14 in Narva. Customs representatives should use the office code when matching the changed timetable to their arrangements, since the directory also lists other Narva offices.

Sillamäe customs office, code EE5130EE, changes from daily opening between 08:00 and 20:00 to Monday–Friday opening between 08:00 and 16:00.Emta The former entry also specified document acceptance until 19:30. Its new weekday timetable applies from 1 September 2026 and provides a shorter daily window as well as a different weekly pattern.Emta

The separate Sillamäe free-zone entry, code EE5131EE, is now marked as unavailable for customer service.Emta That entry concerns entry formalities in the ISC and IMF systems for goods arriving by sea into the free zone. Its customer-service status should be distinguished from the opening hours of the Sillamäe customs office, even though both entries give the same street address.

For practical planning, check the relevant office code and the activities available at the service location before arranging attendance or document handling. The Tax and Customs Board’s customs-office directory supplies the opening hours and directs users to its service-locations page for the list of activities performed.

Check office codes and adjust customs visits and document handling to the revised opening hours.
