Greenhouse electricity-support deadline extended to 7 September

The problem affects the application solution used by greenhouse businesses and irrigation associations. Accountants, advisers and other representatives may hold a power of attorney in Altinn yet still be unable to submit electronically. Where this happens, the notice directs the business to have its general manager or another person with the necessary role submit the application, or to submit on paper. A representative sending a paper application for a business must attach a valid power of attorney.

The extension is expressly for greenhouse claims for the April–June quarter.Altinn Irrigation associations have a separate timetable: their application deadline for the April–June period is 30 September.Altinn The fact that both types of applicant can encounter the authorisation problem does not make their filing dates the same.

For electronic access, the service requires the Jordbruk access package or an individual right to the electricity-support serviceAltinn. Representatives can check their authorisations under Dine fullmakter after selecting the business they represent. Anyone missing the required authorisation must have it delegated by someone entitled to do so.

Greenhouse businesses and irrigation associations must supply electricity consumption and actual electricity costs for each metering point and each month.Altinn Metering-point identifiers should be checked carefully, since incorrect identifiers affect payment. Greenhouse businesses submit a separate claim for each quarter; to change a submitted application, they must withdraw it and send a new, updated application.
