What sources does Taxxa search?

Taxxa searches a continuously updated collection of more than one million pages from tax authorities, government publications, legislation and case law across the European jurisdictions it covers. Every response cites the underlying material, so a professional can inspect the rule, its jurisdiction and whether it is current before relying on the result.

Can Taxxa work with a team’s own documents?

Yes. Research can combine the public knowledge base with a team’s own PDF, DOCX, CSV and TXT files in one workspace. That makes it possible to compare a client document with the relevant guidance, trace a conclusion to its source and prepare a draft without losing the evidence that supports it.

Who is Taxxa built for?

Accountants, auditors, tax advisors, payroll specialists, bookkeepers and advisory teams working across European jurisdictions. Shared workspaces keep research available to colleagues, and citations make review easier.

Where is customer data stored, and is it used to train models?

Customer data stays in the European Union and is never used to train language models.

Does Taxxa replace professional judgement?

No. Taxxa is a research and drafting workspace. It helps professionals reach an informed starting point faster; the professional still reviews the evidence and makes the final decision. It does not file returns, post bookkeeping entries or give legal advice.

Old Altinn II roles will stop working for Landbruksdirektoratet's services from 1 November, according to its access notice.Altinn Businesses that have authorised accountants, advisers or other representatives, and representatives acting for those businesses, are being told to update the delegation. For the agricultural service carrying the notice, access must be granted through the “Jordbruk” package or an individual right to the service.Altinn

The notice appears on the service for teigbasert tilskudd for selected areas in Northern Norway. Its operational message concerns delegated access: a representative should check the new authorisation rather than assume that an old Altinn role will continue to provide access. The individual right can be granted specifically to “Teigbasert tilskudd mv. for utvalgte arealer i Nord-Norge”.

To check access, the service instructions tell users to select the business they represent in the upper-right corner and then choose “Tilgangsstyring” from the menu. Under “Dine fullmakter”, they can see whether the necessary authority is held through an access package or an individual service right. If it is missing, someone with delegation authority must grant it.

Altinn's guidance explains why the check needs to be service-specific. Permissions formerly grouped in one role are now distributed across several access packages. Users should identify the services each person or business needs and then check which packages contain those services. A package grants authority for tasks within its defined area, such as completing, submitting or signing a form.

For granting packages on behalf of a business, Altinn requires the person managing access to hold the packages they want to delegate. Its guidance directs firms managing client access through packages to client administration. The administrative access packages themselves give authority to manage permissions; they do not by themselves grant access to the underlying professional services or systems.

The applicable access instructions are Landbruksdirektoratet's Altinn service notice and Altinn's guidance on access packages and delegated authorisations.

Check delegated access to Landbruksdirektoratet services and arrange the Jordbruk package or the required individual service right before 1 November.
