The four companies of the AC Environnement economic and social unit — VENTURA, AC ENVIRONNEMENT, DIGILIANCE (all based in Riorges) and ASE FORMATION (Caissargues) — concluded an accord with the CFDT union delegation creating an IT on-call scheme for business continuity and information-system security. Signed at Riorges on 1 December 2025Legifrance, the accord runs 12 months from that dateLegifrance, tacitly renewableLegifrance unless denouncedLegifrance, and may be revised by amendment under article L.2261-7 of the Code du travail.

The scheme covers system-team and IT-development-team membersLegifrance. On-call periods run weeknights from Monday to Friday, 6pm to 8am, and weekends from Friday 6pm to Monday 8am. A monthly rota is drawn up by the IT department (DSI), with each on-call period staffed by two agents: a system lead and a development lead. The on-call employee must stay reachable at home or anywhere contactable by telephone or other defined means, ready to intervene remotely or, if circumstances require, on site within half an hour. Each period keeps an on-call log recording alerts received, interventions carried out and follow-up; when intervening, the on-call member notifies CODIR management by a call doubled with a text message.

Standby availability itself does not count as effective working timeLegifrance and is compensated by a flat EUR 150 gross per week, Monday to SundayLegifrance. Actual intervention time is paid on top of the standby allowanceLegifrance, with overtime premiums per the applicable collective agreement, and intervention hours are paid or taken as time off at the agent's choiceLegifrance. To protect rest periods, the line manager informs HR the day after an intervention of its time and duration, compensatory rest is granted after a prolonged intervention, and the rota is adjusted to keep minimum rest periods.

A quarterly review examines the number of interventions, effectiveness and adjustments needed. The accord is available on the company intranet, with copies to the representative union and the CSE, and is to be filed on the TéléAccords platform and with the Roanne conseil de prud'hommes.

Roster system and development staff on the monthly on-call rota, pay EUR 150 per standby week plus call-outs, and report each intervention to HR the next day.
