The Établissement Public du Commerce et d'Industrie de Corse (EPCIC) and UNSA signed the accord sur la rémunération et le temps de travail pour 2026 in BastiaLegifrance on 25 August 2026Legifrance. It covers private-law salariés and public agents tied to the EPCIC and applies from 1 January to 31 December 2026Legifrance, with the holiday bonus, the extra leaveLegifrance day, the family supplement and the post-2026 seniority allowance expressly kept as perennial provisions that continue beyond that termLegifrance.

General rises take effect on 1 September 2026Legifrance for staff with at least 12 months' seniority at signature who are on the payroll in the payment month, excluding anyone who already received an individual rise between 1 January 2026 and signature. Staff whose base monthly pay (RMIB/RMB) at 1 January 2026 is below EUR 2,500 receive 30 points de résultat, EUR 149.10; those at EUR 2,500 up to below EUR 5,000 receive 25 points, EUR 124.25; those at or above EUR 5,000 receive nothing under this measure. A separate envelope of 0.6% of 2025 gross payroll funds individual rises with effect from 1 January 2026Legifrance, to be implemented by 30 October 2026 at the latestLegifrance.

The prime de vacances is set at EUR 671 gross for a full yearLegifrance, earned over 1 June of year N-1 to 31 May of year N by staff with 12 months' continuous presence at 1 June, normally paid with June pay but with September 2026 pay for 2026; departures and employer-unpaid absences cut it prorata in calendar days, and contracts suspended without EPCIC pay defer payment until return. Meal vouchers rise from 1 September 2026 to EUR 12.20 nominal, EUR 4.88 borne by the collaborator and EUR 7.32 by the EPCIC within the social-contribution exemption limits, one per meal falling in the daily work schedule, with no voucher for absent days, part-time days without meal hours, or missions where the EPCIC pays or reimburses the meal. An extra conventional leave day vests in full each 8 September, only from the next calendar year for mid-year hires; administrative and non-continuity staff take it on 8 September itself, deferred to the next working day when that date is a rest or non-worked day, while staff required on duty take it later under normal leave rules.

Private-law staff gain the supplément familial de traitement from the month after signature at 8 index points, EUR 39.76 gross per child regardless of working time, revalued yearly on the CCI point value; a dependent child follows the Code de la sécurité sociale family-benefit definition, covered to 16, then to 22 where pay does not exceed 55% of the SMIC, with no age limit for disability or chronic illness barring professional activity, only one supplement per child, no cumulation with a same-nature public-body benefit, prorated sharing on alternate custody, and yearly supporting documents with reimbursement and discipline for false declarations. The seniority allocation already paid to public agents is extended retroactively from May 2019 to private-law staff reaching 20, 25, 30, 35 or 40 years of continuous EPCIC service at EUR 695.80, EUR 844.90, EUR 994.00, EUR 1,143.10 and EUR 1,292.20 respectively, paid once in the anniversary month with back-pay due by September 2026 pay; from 1 January 2027 a unified allowance pays all staff one month of RMIB/RMB at 20 and 25 years, 1.5 months at 30, 2 months at 35 and 2.5 months at 40.

Legal basis: Code du travail articles L. 2242-1 et seq. and L. 2221-1 et seq., LOI n° 2025-640 du 15 juillet 2025 creating the EPCIC, and the Code de la sécurité sociale definition of enfant à charge.

Apply the September 2026 banded rises to eligible staff, pay the EUR 671 holiday bonus with September 2026 pay, and set up the family supplement and seniority back-pay.
