NOVETRA temp agency drops mission bonus, adds CET and rest scheme

SAS NOVETRA of Les Sorinières, a temporary-work companyLegifrance, had a company accord ratified by two-thirds of staff in the 24 July 2026 consultation and done on 3 July 2026 under the under-eleven-employee procedure of articles L. 2232-21, L. 2232-22 and R. 2232-10 to R. 2232-12 of the Code du travail. Concluded for an indefinite term from the day after filing, it sets six regimes for the agency's temporary staff, and any company joining NOVETRA automatically applies it.

No indemnité de fin de mission is due on temporary contracts for seasonal jobsLegifrance or jobs of constant usageLegifrance. Probation for every temporary contract is capped at 2 days for an initial term of 7 days or less, 4 days above 7 up to 14 days, 7 days above 14 up to 21 days, 10 days above 21 days up to less than a month, 15 days from one to two months, one month above two up to six months, and two months above six months, under article L. 1251-14.

Every temporary employee may open a compte épargne-tempsLegifrance with no seniority conditionLegifrance by written request during or after each mission. It banks overtime and mandatory rest, article L. 3122-2 rest days, forfait-days and over-quota hours, family-event and conventional leave, and RTT days, plus money: participation sums, uplifts, bonuses, the IFM, the ICCP, holiday pay and unused-rest compensation. Rights are used at any time in or between missions as leave of at least a half-day or as cash, with money converted at one day for seven hours at the last mission's gross hourly rate; leave taken in-mission needs company agreement; use between missions creates no contract. Mission end does not auto-release the account; rights must be used within one year of reaching seven days, release is automatic on retirement or twelve months without missions, and a deceased holder's balance goes to beneficiaries.

The déduction forfaitaire spécifique for occupational expenses applies from 1 September 2026Legifrance, at the employer's option revisable at year-end, to agency temps in building and public works, rapid road-transport drivers, conveyors and movers, and cleaning workers, on any contract type. At 1 January 2026 abatements were 3% for cleaning, 7% for construction and 17% for road freight on gross pay, never below the SMIC base and capped at EUR 7,600 per employee per year: net pay rises while contributions and the resulting pension, sickness and unemployment rights fall. The accord records the statutory phase-outs to 1 January 2029 for cleaning, 2032 for construction and 2035 for road freight.

Mission temps with 400 hours' seniority may be offered a professional interview, up to four a year, and any mission or CDI temp a bilan compétence with no seniority condition, up to five a year; outside a mission the interview pays 1.5 hours and the bilan one hour at the SMIC under a mission-formation contract per article L. 1251-57. A voluntary autonomous rest regime lets temps convert part of ICCP rights into paid rest during the mission, never between missionsLegifrance: it covers unindemnified sick absences, authorised unpaid absences and requested unpaid leave, caps cumulative advances at 95% of final ICCP, pays rest at the mission's gross hourly rate deducted from the final ICCP while guaranteeing a positive net balance, and runs at either side's initiative with the temp free to refuse.
