OPCO Santé restores EUR 500 medal bonuses for 20 and 30 years

OPCO Santé, the skills operator based at Levallois-Perret, has signed amendment No. 1 to its 10 July 2025 accordLegifranceLegifrance on the employment of older experienced employees, regularising the work-medal bonuses that the original text left incompleteLegifrance. The amendment was signed electronically at Levallois-Perret on 3 September 2026Legifrance with the CFDT, CFE-CGC, CFTC and CGT unions, and takes effect the day after completion of the statutory filing formalitiesLegifrance. It runs for the remaining term of the initial four-year accord, ending automatically on 31 August 2029Legifrance.

The background is a drafting omission the parties acknowledge openly. During the 2025 negotiations they had agreed to keep the existing EUR 500 bonuses for the médaille d'Argent at 20 years of service and the médaille de Vermeil at 30 years, while raising the médaille d'Or at 35 years to EUR 800 and the grande médaille d'or at 40 years to EUR 1,000. Only the two raised amounts were written into article 4.7 of the accord; the two EUR 500 amounts were left outLegifrance. The amendment cancels and replaces article 4.7Legifrance to formalise the common intention expressed in negotiation, without altering the negotiated balance of the medal provisions.

The restated article 4.7 sets four bonus amounts linked to receipt of a médaille du travail: EUR 500 for the Argent medal at 20 yearsLegifrance, EUR 500 for the Vermeil medal at 30 yearsLegifrance, EUR 800 for the Or medal at 35 yearsLegifrance, and EUR 1,000 for the grande médaille d'or at 40 yearsLegifrance. Every other stipulation of the 10 July 2025 accord is unchanged and continues in full forceLegifrance; the amendment substitutes only for the provisions of article 4.7.

For payroll and HR, the practical effect is a confirmed four-rung scale to apply to OPCO Santé employees who receive a work medalLegifrance: two EUR 500 rungs at 20 and 30 years alongside the EUR 800 and EUR 1,000 rungsLegifranceLegifrance at 35 and 40 years already in the accordLegifrance. The amendment will be filed on the Ministry of Labour's TéléAccords platform and with the Nanterre employment-tribunal registry, posted on the Eurêka intranet for staff consultation, and available from HR on request. Legal basis: the OPCO Santé Avenant n° 1 à l'accord relatif à l'emploi des salariés expérimentés en raison de leur âge of 3 September 2026, replacing article 4.7 of the accord du 10 juillet 2025.
