PROVIMI FRANCE and the CFDT signed an avenant at Crevin on 25 September 2025 to the open-ended 31 December 2024 accordLegifrance setting up compulsory collective Incapacité – Invalidité – Décès cover for cadres. It covers cadres and agents de maîtrise in groups IV and VLegifrance of the chemical and related industries branch classification of 10 August 1978, with compulsory membershipLegifrance, for an indefinite term taking effect on 1 January 2026 and replacing all prior company provisions on the same object; the insurer and intermediary face a five-yearly review under article L. 912-2 of the Code de la sécurité sociale.

Base-regime contributions on the insurer-defined salary run 1.41% on tranche 1 up to one plafond de la sécurité sociale and 1.64% on tranche 2 from one to eight plafonds; the optional décès option adds 0.44% on T1 and 0.72% on T2. On the base regime the employer pays 100% of T1 and 65.793% of T2, the employee nothing on T1 and 34.207% on T2; the optional décès option is 100% employee-paid. Contributions may move automatically by up to 10% of the initial rate with the same split; beyond that a new negotiated avenant is required, failing which the insurer cuts benefits proportionally to fit the budget. The annexed benefit summary is for information only: the company owes only the contributions and its legal and collectively-agreed minimums, with benefit terms, caps and exclusions the insurer's responsibility.

Membership continues during any paid contract suspension with maintained salary, complementary daily benefits at least partly company-funded, or employer-paid replacement income, both sides paying as for active staff; during unpaid suspension staff may keep décès and invalidité cover by paying the full contribution, 0.64% of T1 and T2 at 1 January 2026 on pay reconstituted from the prior twelve-month average, supplying bank details and a direct-debit authorisation within seven days where payroll deduction is impossible. Departing staff keep cover while on indemnisé unemployment under article L. 911-8, funded by pooling. Pensions in payment continue to be revalued on insurer change under article L. 912-3, with décès cover kept for incapacity and invalidity pensioners and décès bases revalued at least as the terminated contract provided.

The signatories meet once a year to monitor the accord; revision follows articles L. 2222-5 and L. 2261-7-1 with a one-month meeting deadline, denunciation articles L. 2222-6 and L. 2261-9 et seq. with three months' notice plus a one-year survival period, and the CSE is informed and consulted before any benefit change under article R. 2312-22 with a yearly results-review commission.

Legal basis: Code de la sécurité sociale articles L. 911-1, L. 911-8, L. 912-2, L. 912-3 and L. 242-1; Code général des impôts article 83, 1° quater; Code du travail articles L. 2222-5, L. 2261-7-1, L. 2222-6, L. 2261-9 et seq., L. 2231-6 and R. 2312-22.
