SANDERS NEA, the Bruz-based company registered under SIREN 824 597 611, has signed amendment No. 4 to its collective health-expenses scheme with the CFDT union, settling the treatment of the compulsory group cover during statutory birth leave. The amendment was signed at Bruz on 22 July 2026 in three copies and takes effect on 1 July 2026Legifrance, so it covers birth leaves already running on that date. Its sole subject is the maintenance of guarantees during congé de naissance; every other provision of the collective accord of 8 December 2017 continues unchanged and in force.
Employees taking birth leave keep the guarantees of the collective and compulsory frais de santé scheme for the whole duration of the leaveLegifrance, on exactly the same terms as employees whose employment contract is suspended with compensation
Legifrance. The amendment thus aligns birth leave with the compensated-suspension category rather than creating a separate regime: whatever guarantee level, reimbursement scope and conditions an actively employed member holds continue to apply to the employee on birth leave from the first to the last day of that leave
Legifrance.
Financing follows the same alignment on both legs. The employer's participation in funding the scheme is maintained on the usual terms throughout the birth leaveLegifrance, meaning the company continues paying its share as it does for present employees and for compensated suspensions, with no reduction or interruption tied to the leave
Legifrance. Symmetrically, the employee remains liable for their own share of the contribution, calculated in the same conditions as if they were present in the company
Legifrance — the deduction base and rate are those of an active employee, not a reduced or suspended rate
Legifrance.
For payroll and HR administration, the practical consequence is continuity: from 1 July 2026, a SANDERS NEA employee on congé de naissance stays affiliated to the group health scheme with both contributions flowing as normal, the employer leg maintained and the employee leg deducted at the active rateLegifrance. No new benefit level is created, no eligibility condition beyond taking statutory birth leave is added, and no other scheme rule is altered. Employees on birth leave need take no step to keep their cover; the maintenance is automatic under the amendment. Legal basis: the SANDERS NEA Avenant n° 4 à l'accord collectif relatif au régime de frais de santé, signed 22 July 2026 with effect from 1 July 2026, amending the accord collectif du 8 décembre 2017.
Keep the affiliation and both contribution legs at the active rate during birth leave from 1 July 2026; the employee needs no step to keep cover.
