VINCI sets transfer terms for GeoInfrastructure staff from September
Merger accord moves GeoInfrastructure staff onto Grands Projets status with kept 37-hour week, night and mission bonuses, settling aid and health-scheme switch.

VINCI Construction Grands Projets has signed a substitution accord setting the collective status of employees transferred from VINCI Construction GeoInfrastructureLegifrance when the latter is absorbed on 1 June 2026
