Toldstyrelsen has set the next two DMS releases with its supplier: updates on 24 October and 28 November 2026Toldst. DMS is in full operation for import, export and transitToldst, and basic operations run, but errors and interim workarounds that burden filers remain — the two releases are meant to clear them.

The October release has its primary focus on implementing the coming handling fee (håndteringsgebyret)Toldst. The 28 November release is expected to remove some of the errors causing filers the most troubleToldst. Toldstyrelsen expects to publish a full overview, in early October, of which workarounds the November release removesToldst. Filers follow the content of each release on toldst.dk/dms, where the authority also shows what it fixes as part of routine systems operation.

Four known errors already moved off the active workaround lists into a new "Forventet indhold i opdatering 24. oktober 2026" (expected content of the 24 October update) section, each flagged "Forventes løst ved opdateringen" (expected fixed at the update). TMA-3036: H5 and B4 declarations submitted with a reference to the PoUS document "C620" in supplementary documentation (12 03 000 000) stick in validationToldst. TMA-3201: declarations stick in validation when the EORI number fails format requirements, rejected with error code BR10152_002 ("Svarfrist fra eksternt valideringssystem er udløbet")Toldst; because the same code is also used when no validation reply arrives from an external system, filers should first check that every EORI number is stated correctly and, if so, resubmitToldst. TMA-2895: the goods account on a goods registration shows the wrong "Resterende mængde" (remaining quantity) after write-off with one or more two-item G4G3 declarations — typically only the second item's quantity is deductedToldst — so filers should check "Historik over fraførsler" for the correct quantity, file a closure request (RCL) for the GRE citing the G4G3s if automatic closure fails, or write off across several single-reference G4G3sToldst. TMA-244: for I1, "Fakturavaluta (14 05 000 000)" exists at item level but should exist only at header levelToldst, so filers should leave the element unfilled at item level.

The "Forventet indhold i opdatering 28. november 2026" section currently states only that its content is being settledToldst. Most error-page sections were re-stamped 18 September 2026; the H7-angivelsen section still carries 28 August 2026 and the Enkeltstående bevillinger, DMS generelt and Manifest sections keep earlier stamps.

Legal basis: none stated — operational systems notices from Toldstyrelsen.

Review the interim workarounds for TMA-3036, TMA-3201, TMA-2895 and TMA-244, and track the October and November update content on toldst.dk/dms.
