Employers that intend to carry out construction work under asbestos exposure apply to the Valstybinė darbo inspekcija (VDI) for a permit under Administrative Service No. 11E TAR: Leidimo vykdyti statybos darbus veikiant asbestui išdavimas, leidimo galiojimo sustabdymas darbdavio prašymu, galiojimo sustabdymo panaikinimas ir leidimo galiojimo panaikinimas darbdavio prašymu.
