Tulli has published its 2 October 2026 update of the compendium "Voimassa olevat polkumyynti- ja tasoitustoimenpiteet", the in-force EU anti-dumping and countervailing measures as applied in Finland. The document is stamped "Päivitetty 2.10.2026" throughout, replacing the 1 October 2026 version

On corrosion-resistant steel (Korroosion kestävä teräs), the duplicate second table is goneTulli. For US and Canadian biodiesel (Biodiesel, USA ja KANADA), four code endings change: 3826 00 10 25 becomes 3826 00 10 20, 2710 20 11 29 becomes 2710 20 11 39, 3826 00 90 19 becomes 3826 00 90 13, and 2710 19 43 21 becomes 2710 19 43 24TulliTulli. For extruded aluminium profiles (Pursotetut alumiiniprofiilit), the 7608-series code list changes: the new version adds 7608 10 90 11 and drops one 7608 20 89 90 occurrenceTulli while moving 7608 20 89 40 within the listTulli; among the company rows, the Fuyao Group and HOSHION Group entries lose their constituent company names and one Guangdong Nanhai row loses its code suffix.
There is also company-row maintenance: in the prestressed-wire strand entry (Esi- ja jälkijännitetyt langat), the A952 row now carries both Ossen Innovation Materials Co. and Ossen Jiujiang Steel Wire Cable Co. Ltd, Jiujiang (CD570), while the A999 residual rate of 46,2 % and the A899 Kiswire Qingdao row stand as before; a few Argentine and Chinese company names gain punctuation fixes.
