The Q-Park group in France is harmonising its cadre incapacity, invalidity and death cover ahead of its 1 January 2027 reorganisationLegifrance
Legifrance. The adaptation accord signed on 7 July 2026 at Issy-les-Moulineaux by the group's companies and the CFTC, FO, CGT and CGC unions, plus a CSE member for SAGS Marseille, creates a single compulsory, pooled scheme for all cadre employees of the future common UES
Legifrance, which will bring together Q-Park France Services and Street Services
Legifrance.
After Q-Park France's December 2024 acquisition of SAGS, parking operations go to Q-Park France Services and parking control to the new Street Services; all staff except those staying at Q-Park France Services transfer on that date under article L.1224-1, calling the SAGS and Q-Park Paris la Défense accords into question. This text is the anticipated substitution accord under article L.2261-14-3Legifrance: from 1 January 2027 it replaces every prior provision on the same subject from unilateral decisions, referendum accords or collective accords
Legifrance, and transferred staff fall exclusively under the UES status
Legifrance.
Membership is compulsory for all cadre employees of the UES companies on fixed-term or open-ended contracts, whatever their site and with no seniority conditionLegifrance; seconded agency staff are excluded. Cover continues during suspensions with salary maintenance, company-funded allowances, company-paid replacement income or company-paid leave, with both shares still due on the compensation; otherwise it lapses unless the employee applies beforehand and pays the full contribution directly. Former employees who are unemployed keep the cover contribution-free under the portability rules of article L.911-8 of the Code de la sécurité sociale.
Benefits are those of the guarantee table annexed for information: they bind only the insurer and can be amended with the company without an avenant, provided they stay compliant with the applicable conventional provisions. The scheme and the insurance contract follow articles L.242-1 of the Code de la sécurité sociale and 83 1° quater of the Code général des impôts, securing the social-contribution exemptions and the tax advantage.
Contributions are levied monthly pro rata on salary bands: 2.30% on tranche A (up to one annual social-security ceiling)Legifrance, 2.21% on tranche B (one to four ceilings)
Legifrance and 2.21% on tranche C (four to eight ceilings), split 76% employer and 24% employee at signature
Legifrance — 1.64/0.66 on TA
Legifrance and 1.57/0.64 on TB and TC
Legifrance. Revisions apply to staff without amending the accord and are shared in the same proportions, with the employer share tracking any conventional minimum for the compulsory occupational scheme.
Each employee receives an insurer-drafted information notice; the CSE is consulted before any change to the cover and reviews the scheme yearly on the insurer's results. The accord runs indefinitely from 1 January 2027Legifrance, revisable under articles L.2222-5, L.2261-7-1 and L.2261-8 and terminable on three months' notice with a one-year survival; on a change of insurer, annuities in payment keep their indexation and death cover continues for incapacity and invalidity beneficiaries under article L.912-3. It is filed on the Ministry of Labour platform and with the competent conseil de prud'hommes, circulated on the intranet and available from the month before application.
Legal basis: accord collectif d'adaptation régime « incapacité, invalidité, décès » catégorie cadre of 7 July 2026 (Q-Park/SAGS group)Legifrance, under Code du travail articles L.1224-1, L.2261-14-3, L.2222-5, L.2261-7-1 and L.2261-8, Code de la sécurité sociale articles L.242-1, L.911-8 and L.912-3, and Code général des impôts article 83 1° quater.
Enrol cadre staff in the harmonised incapacity-invalidity-death scheme from 1 January 2027, and hand each employee the insurer's information notice.
