Centre Médical Ramsay Santé France (CMRSF) has closed its 2026 annual pay round with an open-ended accord signed in Paris on 9 July 2026Legifrance with the CGT and CFE-CGC unions, after seven bargaining meetings between 5 May and 23 June 2026 on the mandatory topics of Articles L. 2242-1 to L. 2242-21 of the Code du travail. Management set the talks in a context of steep deficits since the takeover. The accord applies to all CMRSF staff under an employment contract, present on its application date or hired later.
On quality of working life, management grants a study and foresight workshop on moving dental assistants from 39 hours toward 35 hours at mostLegifrance, with every option between 35 and 39 hours examined, to harmonise working time across all centres. Site-by-site two-hour workshops — each with a staff representative, three employees including two dental assistants and a dentist, the site director, the dental manager, HR and the deputy operations director — start in September 2026; that time counts as effective working time and is paid, and each workshop must conclude on feasibility after two meetings. A second-phase synthesis workshop at the Clichy primary-care head office follows, and any validated outcome is deployed within three years. Separately, the extra rest day once granted for changing time returns from 1 July 2026
Legifrance as an additional CAO day for every employee except practitioners, whatever their workplace.
On pay, an amendment to the collective-status accord will be offered for signature for application from 1 July 2026, covering seniority changes in the salary-maintenance rules and more flexible scheduling of paid leave. The meal voucher rises to a €9 face valueLegifrance with a 60% employer share, leaving €3.60 to the employee, with eligibility unchanged. A €2,000 gross referral bonus (prime de cooptation) goes to any employee enabling the hire of a full-time open-ended (COI) practitioner at one of the association's sites
Legifrance; the existing referral scale otherwise stays, raised to €2,000, with staged payment of €400 at contract signing, €600 after probation validation and €1,000 after six months' presence for full-time hires, scaled down for four-, three- and two-day weeks (€1,600, €1,200 and €800 totals respectively).
On gender equality, the parties note that pay scales apply identically to men and women, record that the company's gender-equality index is incalculable, and commit to open talks for a new company equality accord in the second half of 2026. The accord runs indefinitely, revisable and terminable under the Code du travail, and is filed with the competent DREETS via teleaccords plus the conseil de prud'hommes registry, with notice posted and on the CMRSF intranet. Legal basis: accord d'entreprise négociation annuelle obligatoire of CMRSF of 9 July 2026, Articles 1 to 7.
Dental assistants can join the September site workshops on paid time; any employee hiring a full-time practitioner can claim the €2,000 referral bonus.
