Because of a sharp fall in workload, the RTT counter's usual lower bound of minus 14 hours at 31 December is widened to minus 35 hours, and the employer alone may drive it negative; in worse conditions management may go to minus 70 hours after informing and consulting the elected representatives. Employee RTT requests require a positive counter balance covering the request

At U2, a full night shift keeps a 24% premium, split into the 15% contractual night premium and a 9% ISRI top-upLegifrance maintained for 2025 as more favourable than statute and contract; isolated night hours and sick-leave periods keep only the 15% contractual premium

Legifrance and from the third working day of sick or accident leave
Legifrance, with deductions of 35, 75 and 115 euros for one, two and three days' absence
Legifrance, prorated for mid-month moves and part time
Legifrance. At U2 only, French public holidays worked stay paid with a 100% premium instead of the contract's 50%, plus any premium set in the DDETS work authorisation

Legal basis: the ISRI France avenant to the NAO agreement on pay, working time and value sharing for 2025, signed 31 March 2026, for 1 April to 30 June 2026.
Run the extended ISRI France RTT scales, U2 night premium, PIR bonus rules and holiday premiums for active staff through 30 June 2026, and let only the employer drive RTT counters negative.
