Employees transferred from CITEOS Eure-et-Loir into the SAS GARCZYNSKI TRAPLOIR, CITEOS Le Mans establishmentLegifrance, move onto a harmonised collective framework under a substitution agreement concluded with the CFDT union
Legifrance. The buyout took effect on 1 April 2026
Legifrance, with employment contracts transferred under article L.1224-1 of the Code du travail; the prior CITEOS Eure-et-Loir collective agreements, usages and unilateral commitments were called into question under articles L.2261-14 and following, and this agreement replaces them
Legifrance. It enters into force on 1 January 2027
Legifrance for an indefinite term.
Pay moves onto the host company's cycle: wages paid on the last day of each month within a calendar reference year, instead of the November-to-October fiscal year used at CITEOS Eure-et-Loir, with the switch applying from 1 January 2027Legifrance. CITEOS Eure-et-Loir paid over 12 months while GARCZYNSKI TRAPLOIR spreads pay over 13 months with a thirteenth month on the June and December payslips; transferred staff get monthly smoothing during 2027.
The modulation and RTT reference period also shifts from November–October to the calendar year from 1 January 2027, with the 1 November 2025–31 October 2026 period extended to 31 December 2026 for transferred staff. The weekly modulation ceiling is 42 hours for site workers and site ETAM and 44 hours for office ETAM, with a provisional schedule presented to the CITEOS Le Mans works council each November. From 1 January 2027 the host's 35-hour texts apply, including the 29 April 2005 agreement and its amendments; the solidarity day set by the law of 30 June 2004 falls on Easter Monday each year, charged first against modulation or RTT counters.
On-call duty keeps derogating amounts for transferred staff: 28.55 euros gross for a night on-call after a working day Monday to Saturday, 45.85 euros for 24 hours on a non-worked weekday or on Sunday, and 56 euros for 24 hours on a public holiday. Two employees cover each on-call — a lead and a support colleague paid at 50% of the lead's allowance. Intervention time from call receipt to return home counts as effective working time, paid at 200% at night, 125% on Saturday and 200% on Sunday or public holidays; no employee does more than two on-call weeks per month. For length-of-service gratifications (médailles du travail), the GARCZYNSKI TRAPLOIR scale applies.
Transferred staff join the host's schemes: meal vouchers of 11.70 euros (40% employee, 60% employer, opt-out in writing); the PRO-BTP and Harmonie Mutuelle health schemes by category with opt-out only on proof of mandatory cover through a beneficiary; the GARCZYNSKI TRAPLOIR provident scheme from 1 April 2026; supplementary pension affiliation including mandatory REVERSO for cadres and article-36 ETAM. A new short-travel expense scale applies, from 2.66 euros travel plus 3.76 euros transport within 10 km up to 22.56 euros travel plus actual kilometres beyond 70 km within a 90-minute journey, with meals at 14.50 euros; the amounts may be revised in mandatory annual negotiations. The sustainable-mobility package pays up to 500 euros a year in three instalments for cycling, carpooling, car-sharing with clean vehicles and non-season-ticket public transport, alongside a 2-euro-per-charge home-charging allowance capped at 500 euros a year. The Chartres establishment keeps its works council with an operating budget of 0.20% and a social-activities budget of 0.90% of gross payroll. Legal basis: Accord collectif de substitution applicable aux salariés transférés de CITÉOS Eure-et-Loir au sein de la SAS GARCZYNSKI TRAPLOIR.
Move transferred staff onto the host pay, modulation and benefits cycle from 1 January 2027, apply the new on-call, meal-voucher and travel scales, and affiliate them to the host health, provident and pension schemes.
