UR fee payments must state service name and subject in purpose

Anyone who orders extracts, copies or data selections from the Latvijas Republikas Uzņēmumu reģistrs and pays the fee by bank transfer must state both the service name and the subject concerned in the payment purposeUR. The required purpose text is "Uzņēmumu reģistra pakalpojuma nosaukums, subjekts, par ko tiek veikts maksājums". A purpose that names only the service no longer matches the instructionUR.

Payment goes to the Uzņēmumu reģistrs commercial-transactions account: recipient Latvijas Republikas Uzņēmumu reģistrs, taxpayer registration Nr. 90000270634, Valsts Kase, code TRELLV22, account LV67TREL2190464004000. The request must be accompanied by the payment receipt, its copy or an internet-bank printout, or the requester completes the payment-information block: name of the legal person or first and last name of the natural person, unified registration number or personal code (date of birth where there is no personal code), payment date, payment document number, reference number, amount and payment service provider name such as the bank.

Each request identifies the requester and the person the information concerns. The requester gives name and unified registration number or personal code and date of birth, and the same pair of identifiers for the tiesību subjekts or natural person about whom information is to be issued. The requester also selects the delivery channel and contact details: electronically to the e-adrese, by email only where the requester has no activated e-adrese, or by post in a consignment with postal address, plus a contact telephone number and email address.

Standard izziņas cost 9.00 euro. An izziņa par tiesību subjektu, fizisku personu vai juridisku faktu (līgumu) from the registers kept by the Uzņēmumu reģistrs costs 9.00 euro for the aktuālā version, issued within 2 working days, and 9.00 euro for the vēsturiskā version. An izziņa par konkrētai personai piederošām kapitāldaļām, amatiem, komercķīlu esamību vai laulības līgumu esamību costs 9.00 euro per subject for the aktuālā version within 2 working days and 9.00 euro per subject for the vēsturiskā version. An izziņa confirming that particular information has not been recorded or amended, or that documents have not been filed, costs 9.00 euro for a tiesību subjekts or legal fact within 2 working days and 9.00 euro concerning a natural person. Where the requester is a third person asking about a natural person, the request additionally states the purpose and grounds for using the information.

A cita veida izziņa covering additional information from the registration file outside the standardised scope costs 13.60 euro within 15 days. An izziņa par reliģiskās organizācijas darbības nepārtrauktību costs 11.25 euro within 15 days, as does an izziņa par Uzņēmumu reģistra lietvedībā iesniegtajiem dokumentiem. Requests under these items include a detailed description of the information sought. Copies cost 9.00 euro per document from the registration file within 3 working days and 4.50 euro per document from Uzņēmumu reģistrs records proceedings within 5 working days, with the requested document identified by title, date and number. Data selection using special selection methods and criteria under point 7.1 costs 50.70 euro minimum for 3 hours within 30 days and 17.00 euro for each subsequent hour, with the selection criteria described in the request.

Restricted-access information is requested in writing with reasons and the purpose for which the received information will be used, and the recipient undertakes to use it only for the requested purposes and to observe restricted-access handling rules. The same written justification and purpose apply to documents of the non-public part of the register. Where information is sought for reuse, the request states the good or service for the creation of which the information is needed.
