KRT-1186 insurance-mediation filing opens to Enhetsregisteret roles

Finanstilsynet form KRT-1186, "Søknad om å drive forsikringsformidling"Altinn, takes applications for permission to conduct forsikringsmegling or gjenforsikringsmeglingAltinn and applications for registration as forsikringsagentforetak or aksessorisk forsikringsagentforetakAltinn. Under forsikringsformidlingsloven § 3-4, Finanstilsynet may on application grant such permission or registration, subject to conditions on company form, paid-up capital, solvency, insurance cover and the fitness of management and intermediaries. An application for registration as an agent undertaking attaches the insurer's confirmation that the registration conditions are met, as § 3-3 prescribes. Filing runs through the stated access routes. The form's user section requires the Starte, endre og avvikle virksomhet access package; filers check the access they hold on the access-management page, and anyone lacking access has it delegated by a person entitled to delegate. Users without a Norwegian fødselsnummer or D-nummer log in with a self-defined ID at level 0, created through form KRT-3080 via Logg inn, International, Email login and Lag ny bruker.
