What sources does Taxxa search?

Taxxa searches a continuously updated collection of more than one million pages from tax authorities, government publications, legislation and case law across the European jurisdictions it covers. Every response cites the underlying material, so a professional can inspect the rule, its jurisdiction and whether it is current before relying on the result.

Can Taxxa work with a team’s own documents?

Yes. Research can combine the public knowledge base with a team’s own PDF, DOCX, CSV and TXT files in one workspace. That makes it possible to compare a client document with the relevant guidance, trace a conclusion to its source and prepare a draft without losing the evidence that supports it.

Who is Taxxa built for?

Accountants, auditors, tax advisors, payroll specialists, bookkeepers and advisory teams working across European jurisdictions. Shared workspaces keep research available to colleagues, and citations make review easier.

Where is customer data stored, and is it used to train models?

Customer data stays in the European Union and is never used to train language models.

Does Taxxa replace professional judgement?

No. Taxxa is a research and drafting workspace. It helps professionals reach an informed starting point faster; the professional still reviews the evidence and makes the final decision. It does not file returns, post bookkeeping entries or give legal advice.

Narva has replaced the basic-pay scale annex to its municipal staff pay guide, with retrospective application from 1 April 2026.Riigiteataja The amending regulation entered into force on 7 August 2026.Riigiteataja Payroll teams in the covered city administrative bodies should review the replacement scale against the pay arrangements applying from April.

The new annex lists basic-pay grades and their corresponding rates. Grades 1–9 share a rate of 946, while the highest listed grade, 24, has a rate of 3,362.Riigiteataja Riigiteataja Between them, the schedule assigns a separate rate to each grade from 10 to 23. The operative amendment replaces the annex as a whole rather than setting out individual changes against the previous table.

The city’s pay guide governs both officials and employees in Narva’s municipal administrative bodies. It requires those bodies to follow the guide when determining and paying remuneration. Classification into the relevant staff group follows the institution’s structure, and the annex supplies the basic-pay grades and rates used within that framework.

Individual pay still requires the appropriate authorisation. An official’s basic pay is set by an order of the person entitled to appoint them. An employee’s basic pay is agreed in the employment contract or an addendum. The guide also contains a specific implementation provision for applying the annex’s grades and rates by agreement with the staff member, with a reference to its existing pay-protection provision if agreement is not reached.

Pay is calculated for a calendar month and for the period during which assigned duties were performed. Working time is recorded in a timesheet, for which the institution’s head is responsible. The approved institutional budget, staffing structure and pay guide provide the basis for determining basic pay.

The city finance department checks use of the pay fund. Institutions should therefore reconcile the revised annex, individual pay authorisations and relevant payroll periods. The change was made by Narva City Council Regulation No 13 of 26 July 2026, amending Annex 1 to the pay guide adopted in 2015.

Reconcile Narva’s replacement pay-scale annex with individual pay decisions and payroll periods from April.
