Lithuania will pay an advance portion of its 2026 coupled income support for dairy cows between 16 September and 30 November 2026E TAR E TAR. Applicants do not receive this advance portion of support if their eligibility checks remain unfinishedE TAR. Farmers and subsidy advisers therefore need to distinguish the announced payment window from confirmation that an individual claim can be paid.

The cooperative supplement is limited to 150 dairy cows per holding managerE TAR and is unavailable if milk was sold to other buyers instead of exclusively to the cooperative of which the holder is a memberE TAR.

The September order lists the tier payments and the conditional supplements separately; its exclusion for unfinished eligibility checks applies to this advanceE TAR.
