Transit operators file the transit declaration in the State Revenue Service's Elektroniskās deklarēšanas sistēma (EDS) – Muitas datu apstrāde (EMDAS) – Tranzīta kontroles sistēma (TKS), under the service “Muitas procedūra – tranzīts”. The service standard time is 20–90 minutesVID, and the service is provided immediately where the conditions for placing goods under the procedure are met.
