What sources does Taxxa search?

Taxxa searches a continuously updated collection of more than one million pages from tax authorities, government publications, legislation and case law across the European jurisdictions it covers. Every response cites the underlying material, so a professional can inspect the rule, its jurisdiction and whether it is current before relying on the result.

Can Taxxa work with a team’s own documents?

Yes. Research can combine the public knowledge base with a team’s own PDF, DOCX, CSV and TXT files in one workspace. That makes it possible to compare a client document with the relevant guidance, trace a conclusion to its source and prepare a draft without losing the evidence that supports it.

Who is Taxxa built for?

Accountants, auditors, tax advisors, payroll specialists, bookkeepers and advisory teams working across European jurisdictions. Shared workspaces keep research available to colleagues, and citations make review easier.

Where is customer data stored, and is it used to train models?

Customer data stays in the European Union and is never used to train language models.

Does Taxxa replace professional judgement?

No. Taxxa is a research and drafting workspace. It helps professionals reach an informed starting point faster; the professional still reviews the evidence and makes the final decision. It does not file returns, post bookkeeping entries or give legal advice.

Framatome's Le Creusot forge establishment has overhauled its working-time rules in avenant n° 2 to the 2013 working-time accordLegifrance, signed on 29 June 2026 with the CFDT, CFE-CGC and CGT and effective 1 October 2026 for an indefinite termLegifrance. The text consolidates the 2013 accord and its 9 June 2016 avenant with new provisions driven by the nuclear sector's revival: rising orders, including the Forge+ project under study, require shift patterns that can run the forge and machining shops quasi-continuously while preserving safety and competitiveness on cost and lead times.

Annual working time from 1 January to 31 December is set at 1,603 hours including the journée de solidarité for day workers and 2x8, 2x8 Presse, 3x8 14-poste and 3x8 15-poste shiftsLegifrance; 1,539 hours for continuous 5x8 crewsLegifrance; 1,101 hours for temporary weekend crewsLegifrance; and a 212-day forfait for cadres. Day non-cadres work variable hours around fixed slots of 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., with up to 7.80 hours carried month to month and recovery of credit hours capped at 5 days or 10 half-days a year. Overtime earns the statutory 25% for the first 8 hoursLegifrance and 50% beyondLegifrance, convertible into compensatory rest or a time-savings account, with the annual contingent at 220 hours.

The avenant creates a new 3x8 15-poste shift for the machining shopLegifrance, paying a 20% monthly march premiumLegifrance plus a 50% exceptional uplift for Friday-night hoursLegifrance, paired with a new weekend SD march at a 26% premiumLegifrance; both activate only once at least 30% of machining crews can staff them durablyLegifrance. The forge gains a weekend VSD march at a 23% premiumLegifrance, conditional on two full skilled teams for at least 6 months. Existing premiums range from 8% for 2x8Legifrance to 32% for 5x8Legifrance, which includes Sunday and holiday payLegifrance with an extra 100% for 1 May hours. JRTT run from 22 days for day workers to 15 for the 212-day cadre package, with none generated by 2x8 Presse, 5x8 or weekend marches.

Employees moving to a less demanding shift keep the pay differential degressively: 100% then 65% then 30% over 9 months for a voluntary moveLegifrance, over 12 months for a management-imposed or unfitness moveLegifrance, extended by shift seniority up to 18 months at full rate beyond 30 years. Dressing time earns 4 rest days a year, shower time 15 paid minutes, and the Saint Laurent leave brings paid leave to 26 working days.

Legal basis: Framatome Le Creusot avenant n° 2 of 29 June 2026 (effective 1 October 2026), applying articles L. 3121-1, L. 3121-58 and L. 2261-7 du Code du travail and the metallurgy branch convention.

Staff the new 3x8 15-poste and weekend marches once the crewing thresholds are met, and apply the march premiums, JRTT tables and degressive pay protection from 1 October 2026.
