All employees of the Société Fromagère de Condat (Lactalis group, Condat site) are covered by a new remuneration agreementLegifrance concluded with the CFTC after mandatory negotiations on 2 and 8 September 2026. The text applies the group's 2026 salary agreement of 6 March 2026 in full and operates alongside the group working-time agreement of 13 October 2010 with its amendments, the 8 July 2022 equality agreement, and the company's existing intéressement, participation, PEE and PERCO plans.
Non-managerial staff up to and including level 8 receive a general rise of 0.85%Legifrance from 1 May 2026
Legifrance, paid with the 11 June 2026 payroll and subject to a 20-euro floor, applied both to the Lactalis minima grid and to the site grids. Managers up to and including level 10 share an envelope of equivalent value paid as individual increases from the same date. Apprentices and professional-training contract holders are excluded from these general rises while those contracts run. The same article raises the employer match on voluntary PEE payments from 70% to 80%, removes the 120-euro annual minimum on voluntary payments, ends the restrictions on paying out time-savings-account (CET) rights during the year, and merges the two CET counters for days earned before and after 2014 so all days qualify for matching when taken before retirement under the CET agreement and its amendment No 1.
On equality, the signatories record no pay gap between women and men inside the company and agree to continue the 8 July 2022 measures, with management monitoring the indicators on the site.
From 1 September 2026 the day meal allowance (panier de jour) rises to 4.50 euros netLegifrance (up 0.28 euro) for posted staff working six hours or more who must eat at the workplace. The restaurant voucher rises to a face value of 4.60 euros
Legifrance, the employer share rising by 0.30 euro net per voucher, with funding unchanged at 50% employer (2.30 euros) and 50% employee (2.30 euros). Vouchers go only to daytime staff taking a break of at least one hour between noon and 2 p.m. with at least six hours of effective presence that day; they cannot be combined with other meal schemes such as day or night baskets, travel or training meal coverage, and are allocated on the previous month's attendance.
The bonus for replacing a cadre or agent de maîtrise, where the replacement performs all of the absent manager's duties fully and autonomously, rises by 10 euros to 60.00 euros gross per complete replacement weekLegifrance; isolated days under a week do not trigger it. The inconvenience allowance rises by 2 euros to 10.00 euros gross
Legifrance, paid when a rest day is added or removed on less than 72 hours' notice or a start time is shifted by at least four hours on less than 48 hours' notice. The CFTC's initial claims for a free snack, vending machines, a 3% general rise and higher on-call premiums are listed separately from the measures agreed after negotiation. Management commits to open a dedicated on-call negotiation before 1 December 2026
Legifrance on implementation, organisation and compensation. The provisions take effect on 1 September 2026, except the salary measures dated 1 May 2026
