On-call (astreinte) duty at Sushi Shop Management is refocused on four departments — IT, Digital, Facility Management and QA & Food SafetyLegifrance — with a new flat-rate compensation scale, under amendment No. 1 to the company's working-time agreement
Legifrance signed in Paris on 24 March 2026
Legifrance between the company and the CFDT union
Legifrance. The amendment runs for an indefinite term and takes effect on 1 May 2026
Legifrance; all other clauses of the 9 February 2021 agreement remain unchanged.
The revised article on departments concerned replaces the previous list with the four departments aboveLegifrance. Each on-call scheme (dispositif d'astreinte) must first be notified to the CSE with its purpose, intervention scope, the need behind it, the skills required, the number of staff likely to join the rota and the on-call period.
The revised compensation article sets a gross flat-rate allowance per on-call block. A full "astreinte semaine" — Monday to Friday 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. plus Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. — pays EUR 325 gross. An "astreinte jour férié" — a public holiday 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. — pays EUR 100 gross. Where a public holiday falls inside a full seven-day week rota, the holiday allowance is paid on top of the weekly allowanceLegifrance.
In the exceptional case of a rota shorter than seven consecutive days, daily rates apply insteadLegifrance: EUR 35 gross per weekday
Legifrance (Monday to Friday 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.) and EUR 75 gross per weekend day
Legifrance (Saturday or Sunday 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.). Where an unforeseen event prevents a rostered employee from covering an on-call day, swaps may be arranged between staff on the rota, so an employee may cover for a colleague or be covered in turn.
The amendment forms an inseparable whole with the initial agreement, whose interpretation, revision and denunciation rules continue to govern. It is filed with the DRIEETS via the TéléAccords portal, transmitted to the Nanterre conseil de prud'hommes, notified to each representative union and posted in the staff communication areas.
Legal basis: Avenant n° 1 à l'accord collectif relatif à la durée du travail au sein de Sushi Shop Management, signed 24 March 2026.
Apply the new on-call compensation scale in the four covered departments from 1 May 2026.
