The Tax and Customs Board (Maksu- ja Tolliamet) refreshed its public extract of fuel-sale, customs warehouse and tax warehouse dataEmta (Registri väljavõte - kütusemüügi, tolliladude ja maksuladude andmed) on 29 September 2026. The extract lists the undertakings holding customs and fuel-sale authorisations with their activity sites, and the refresh adds, removes and corrects rows across the register.

Two authorisation holders leave the extract entirely. SEVENOIL EST OÜ gains two new sites, /020 and /021, while closing /015 and /018.

Fuel-sale licence numbers change at existing sites. Olerex sites move from their old individual licence numbers onto VKM000719, SEVENOIL EST OÜ site /001 moves from VKM000723 to VKM000725, KROONING moves from VKM000740 to VKM000742, Livoil moves from VKM000775 to VKM000789, and Aarman Puit moves from VKM000665 to VKM000889. Several sites that previously had no licence number now carry one, including JETOIL, Neste, Pakker Avio and Nortring sites.

Activity-site types are corrected across the extract: former offices are now listed as filling stations (Tankla), automatic filling stations (Automaattankla), storage sites (Ladustamiskoht) and custody service provision sites (Hoiuteenuse osutamise koht), and the single-letter codes TK and ATK are spelled out. Many addresses are normalised to the current administrative format.
