Florists branch: automatic rise through entry grades

Florists, pet retailers and pet-service employers face clearer, faster step progression for their least-qualified staff. The new text states its purpose openly: to improve the readability of the 2025 agreement and to standardise step-to-step progression conditions at level I. The occupation tables following each rung are unchanged.

The avenant also rewrites the penultimate paragraph of article 3 of the 2025 agreement: required skills for each level now refer to the éducation nationale training nomenclature, acquirable through schooling, equivalent training, experience within one of the branch's sectors, or continuing vocational training — the sector-experience path is the addition. And for sector 3 (services des animaux familiers) it updates the knowledge-level tables of the classification grid: level I gains the CQP AAGAC (agent animalier pour la garde d'animaux de compagnie) and level II the TCAC (toilettage coopératif pour animaux de compagnie), reflecting new training titles.

Scope and timing matter for payroll. The avenant covers the branch undertakings falling under article 1.1 of the 29 September 2020 updating agreementLegifrance and their employees, applies nationally including Guadeloupe, Guyane, Martinique, Mayotte, La Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon within 6 months of its entry into forceLegifrance, and takes effect the day after publication in the Journal officiel of its extension orderLegifrance, with filing and an extension request to follow under article L. 2232-6 of the code du travail. It is concluded for an indefinite period and may be revised or denounced under the rules in force. No company-size-specific stipulations were made, the branch being mostly undertakings with fewer than 50 employees, whose situation the signatories state was necessarily taken into account.
