The agreement covers teachers and consultants who perform teaching, guidance or other pupil-oriented pedagogical functions at FGU institutions, including revenue-funded activities within the institution's statutory purpose. Under general collective-bargaining principles it is the employee's actual duties, not the job title, that decide coverage. Transferred civil servants are paid a salary corresponding to their previous pay including any supplements, adjusted in step with future renewals, and follow the working-time rules in §§ 7-10.
Base salaries (§ 3) run in four steps from DKK 307,450 to DKK 365,775 a year outside the capital area and from DKK 313,872 to DKK 368,396 in the capital area, with progression after four years; consultants receive DKK 389,912. All base salaries and supplements are annual basic amounts at 31 March 2012 level and assume full-time employment averaging 37 hours a week. Part-time staff are paid pro rata. The employer pays a total pension contribution of 17.3 per cent of pensionable pay to Lærernes Pension, with preserved higher rates for defined transferred groups.
From 1 April 2027 the supplement structure in § 4 is simplifiedMedst so that every teacher covered by § 3(1) receives a pensionable supplement of DKK 9,850 a year
Medst. Until then, DKK 9,850 goes to teachers of general subjects who meet the statutory qualification requirements, while teachers who meet the requirements for teaching within a vocational theme and who perform teaching or guidance duties receive DKK 6,850.
The pensionable inconvenience supplement in § 10 rises from DKK 3,015 to DKK 4,605 a year with effect from 1 April 2027Medst
Medst
Medst. It is paid instead of the inconvenience, weekend and camp allowances in §§ 20-22 of the state working-time agreement for teachers, and no other working-time-related inconvenience benefits are paid on top.
Teachers whose teaching hours in a calendar month exceed 102 receive DKK 73.40 per additional hour, settled at month-end and paid with the following month's salary. For part-time employees the threshold is calculated pro rata to the employment rate, with effect from 1 August 2026 where the norm period follows the school year and from 1 January 2027 where it follows the calendar year.
The agreement has effect from 1 April 2026 and can be terminated in writing at three months' notice to a 31 March, at the earliest 31 March 2029. Legal basis: Organisationsaftale for lærere m.fl. ved institutioner for forberedende grunduddannelse (FGU) (Medst.nr. 063-26), supplementing the LC/CO10-fællesoverenskomst.
Review payroll for the 1 April 2027 changes (uniform DKK 9,850 supplement and DKK 4,605 inconvenience allowance) and apply pro-rata teaching-hour thresholds to part-time staff.
