A Trust or Company Service Provider supervised by HM Revenue and Customs must register as a premises every address it supplies to customers for use as a registered office address, correspondence address, business address or administrative addressGOV. Each such address counts as a premises in its own right for registration purposes
GOV.
Registration carries a per-premises feeGOV. A business applying for money-laundering supervision provides details of each premises where it carries out activity covered by the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017, and a separate annual fee is payable for each premises
GOV. Adding a supplied-address premises therefore adds fee liability
GOV, and the address must be included in the registration details

The new Trust or Company Service Provider rule sits alongside unchanged premises treatments that the same page restates. An outlet — a single location or complex such as a shopping centre or airport, but not a city or street — counts as one premises with one fee even where the business has several premises in it at the same address, provided the business manages all outlets, employs all staff and places them under the nominated officer. A personal address from which a business with no trading premises trades must be registered, with a single principal address and single fee where several owners or managers each trade from their own home.
Post-office-box treatment is preserved. A PO box used exclusively as a correspondence address alongside a separate United Kingdom premises where relevant activity is carried out need not be registered and attracts no fee; a PO box that is the business's only United Kingdom premises must be registered with the relevant fee. Temporary sites, such as a high-value dealer remote auction or an art-market participant at a fair, need not be registered where the site is under common management control with anti-money-laundering controls in place, with registration through the head office, home address or principal trading premises.
Cash-on-delivery businesses remain treated like temporary-site traders: no registration of customer premises merely because cash is received there. Homeworkers who are employees, contracting through the main business under common management and procedures, remain part of the main business with one registered premises. Machines and vehicles keep their premises-specific treatment: machines inside trading premises fall within that premises, machines elsewhere register separately, and a trading vehicle registers at its overnight-storage address alongside any fixed premises.
Legal basis is the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 premises-registration framework as applied by HMRC Economic Crime Supervision Handbook page ECSH44125, with the Trust or Company Service Provider supplied-address rule as the operative additionGOV and fee consequences under the published money-laundering supervision fees.
Add every customer-supplied registered-office, correspondence, business or administrative address to the HMRC money-laundering supervision registration as a separate fee-bearing premises.
