AXA Group Operations extends its caregiver accord for the UES through 31 December 2027Legifrance. The amendment, signed in Paris on 2 July 2026 by the company and the CFDT, CFE-CGC and UDPA-UNSA unions
Legifrance, takes retroactive effect on 1 July 2026
Legifrance. It prolongs the 23 October 2023 adhesion to the group accord of 13 July 2023 as amended on 8 June 2026, and clarifies the proof required for illness cases.
Caregivers may telework beyond 3 days a week for renewable one-year periods, including from the aided person's home in metropolitan France, and may rearrange hours within flexible windows with adapted fixed presence periods. They get 10 paid half-days a year to accompany a partner, ascendant, sibling, descendant or a dependent disabled or seriously ill child to medical, paramedical, school or administrative appointments. Family-needs part-time with smoothed pay and reduced day-packages offer longer non-worked spells by contract amendment.
The accord recalls the statutory leaves: congé de proche aidant of up to 3 months renewable within a one-year career cap with possible AJPA allowance, convertible to part-time or split; congé de présence parentale of up to 310 working days with possible AJPP; congé de solidarité familiale of up to 3 months renewable once with possible end-of-life allowance, starting without delay in certified emergencies — each convertible or splittable with manager and HR agreement, with the job or an equivalent kept afterwards. Conventional top-ups add a 2-day sick-relative leave and a 3-day sick-child leave a year. Long-term CET balances unlock in slices of at least 2 days on 10 days' notice to the manager.
Day donations run to 10 days a year per donor from JRTT, leave beyond the 20th day, CET days, anniversary leave and untaken recovery days, anonymous and final, for seriously ill children under 20, deaths of children or dependants under 25, and caregivers. Collection campaigns cap at 30 working days each, close after 15 days or once the target is met, and the employer adds 1 day per 5 donated — 6 extra days for a 30-day drive. Donated time keeps pay and counts as effective work for seniority.
Support runs through HR with a designated Référent Aidants, trained managers, occupational health, social work, a free anonymous psychological unit, respite rights up to EUR 500 a year under APA plans, and a return-to-work career interview within 3 months after long caregiver absence. A yearly follow-up commission of 2 members per signatory union and HR tracks the accord.
Legal basis: the AXA Group Operations avenant of 2 July 2026 to the accord of 23 October 2023 adhering to the AXA France RSG accord of 13 July 2023 as amended 8 June 2026, applying articles L1225-62 et seq., L2231-5, L2231-6, L2261-7-1 et seq., L3142-6 et seq. and L3142-16 et seq. du Code du travail.
