BNP Paribas Partners for Innovation (BP²I) joins the BNP Paribas group accord on taking leave and saving it for use during working life and retirement preparationLegifrance. The adhesion accord, signed in Montreuil on 27 November 2025Legifrance by the company and the CFDT Bétor Pub, FOFEC and SICSTI-CFTC unions, applies for an indefinite period from 1 January 2026Legifrance and replaces, in all its effects, every prior provision with the same object. BP²I staff adopt the group regime of 30 March 2022 as amended on 22 May 2025 in full, with no derogationLegifrance, and are informed through the company's usual channels with copies available from HR.

Taking leave stays the priority: two annual leave-plan campaigns run each year, HR tracks take-up with an alert tool, and managers must not contact staff on leave except in compelling circumstances — no employee is required to answer work messages on leave. Unused leave carries over automatically to the next year up to 5 rights, and staff hired or returning during the year may take up to 5 rest days in advance with the manager's agreement; advance days block CET saving that year.

Any employee with 12 months' group seniority may open a Compte Épargne-Temps, fed in the last quarter of the year with annual leave beyond the first four weeks and supplementary rest including Réduction du Temps de Travail days. Savings run to 5 rights a year, 10 from age 55 to prepare retirement, 20 in the year of return from maternity, adoption or long illness, within a 125-right lifetime stock; excess pre-existing balances are kept without further saving.

Saved rights fund up to 20 extra leave days a year (à la carte), project leaves — parental, sabbatical, business creation or takeover, international solidarity, family solidarity for end-of-life care, professional transition and agreed unpaid personal leave — and hardship cash-outs on events such as a spouse's job loss or death, divorce, disability, over-indebtedness or contract termination, claimed within three months with proof. Other cash-outs cover moves, marriage or PACS, births and main-home purchases within 15 rights a year, plus 2 unmotivated rights a year. Up to 10 rights a year transfer into the group PERECO and PERO retirement plans, largely free of tax and social charges except CSG and CRDS.

End-of-career options include funding the buyback of pension quarters, a 12- or 24-month reduced-activity run-up to full-rate retirement with one fixed weekday freed and an employer top-up covering the last 3 or 6 months, and spending the whole balance to stop work early. Carers on congé de proche aidant or congé de présence parentale may cash out rights to top up daily allowances or fund the leave with a 10% employer top-up capped at 10 rights, and saved rights may feed day-donation schemes. The 2025 amendment adds a higher savings ceiling in the year of expatriation departure, cash-out of leave and RTT rights on retirement departure, the congé de solidarité familiale of article L3142-6 du Code du travail, and the Daily RH tool for leave tracking.

If BP²I leaves the group within article L2331-1 du Code du travail, it examines the consequences with its unions and BNP Paribas SA; denouncing the group accord voids the adhesion, while denouncing only the adhesion triggers fresh negotiation for BP²I staff.

Legal basis: the BP²I accord d'adhésion of 27 November 2025 to the Groupe BNP Paribas accord of 30 March 2022 amended 22 May 2025, applying articles L1225-47, L1225-62, L2231-1, L2231-5-1, L2232-12, L2331-1, L3142-6, L3142-16, L3142-28, L3142-67, L3142-105 and L6323-17-1 du Code du travail.

Open your Compte Épargne-Temps once you have 12 months of group seniority and plan last-quarter saving before the notified deadline.
