Full-time staff on a 39-hour week under the ECLAT sector agreement get 24 working days of RTT a yearLegifrance, six of them fixed by management with office closure, under a company accord signed at Évry-Courcouronnes on 22 December 2025. The accord covers all full-time employees under the Convention Collective Nationale de l'ECLAT whose effective weekly working time is 39 hours — four hours above the statutory 35 — and offsets those extra hours with RTT days so the annual total complies with the legal and sector rules.
The 24 RTT working days are earned pro rata to effective presence over the calendar year, with mid-year arrivals and departures prorated temporis. Of the 24, six days are set by management after consulting the CSE, no later than 30 September of year N for year N+1, and imposed collectively for organisational reasons with the offices closed. The remaining days are at the employee's free disposal subject to service needs and the line manager's prior agreement. Unused RTT days in a year may not be carried over to the next. Staff on a work trip during imposed RTT days may receive an exceptional waiver from management. Part-time staff, who get no RTT days, may be granted a remote-working day where an employer-imposed day falls on one of their working days.
Employee-initiated RTT must be requested in advance under the internal procedure and is approved according to service requirements; RTT may be taken by full or half days. Within the hybrid (on-site/remote) organisation, each covered employee undertakes at least three days a week on site, absent exceptional management agreementLegifrance. Management operates a tracking system counting RTT days earned and taken over the year.
The accord runs for a fixed twelve months from its entry into force, tacitly renewed for successive equal periods unless denounced by a signatory party with at least three months' notice before the current period ends by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or any means giving certain date; on denunciation it ceases to have effect at the end of the current contractual period.
Legal basis: Accord d'entreprise relatif à la mise en place des jours de réduction du temps de travail (RTT), signed 22 December 2025.
