What sources does Taxxa search?

Taxxa searches a continuously updated collection of more than one million pages from tax authorities, government publications, legislation and case law across the European jurisdictions it covers. Every response cites the underlying material, so a professional can inspect the rule, its jurisdiction and whether it is current before relying on the result.

Can Taxxa work with a team’s own documents?

Yes. Research can combine the public knowledge base with a team’s own PDF, DOCX, CSV and TXT files in one workspace. That makes it possible to compare a client document with the relevant guidance, trace a conclusion to its source and prepare a draft without losing the evidence that supports it.

Who is Taxxa built for?

Accountants, auditors, tax advisors, payroll specialists, bookkeepers and advisory teams working across European jurisdictions. Shared workspaces keep research available to colleagues, and citations make review easier.

Where is customer data stored, and is it used to train models?

Customer data stays in the European Union and is never used to train language models.

Does Taxxa replace professional judgement?

No. Taxxa is a research and drafting workspace. It helps professionals reach an informed starting point faster; the professional still reviews the evidence and makes the final decision. It does not file returns, post bookkeeping entries or give legal advice.

The Framatome establishment at Le Creusot (6 allée Jean-Perrin, 71200 Le Creusot) and its representative unions CFDT, CFE-CGC and CGT have concluded avenant n° 3 on adapting work organisation to workload, signed 29 June 2026Legifrance after negotiations held between 20 April and 11 June 2026. The text consolidates the 8 January 2013 accord and its avenants of 9 June 2016 and 3 April 2026, incorporating the new amendments. It applies to all Non-Cadre and Cadre employees of the Le Creusot establishmentLegifrance, runs for an indefinite periodLegifrance, and takes effect on 1 October 2026Legifrance, replacing all prior collective accords, practices and unilateral commitments on work flexibility and weekend-team organisation at the site.

The backdrop is the revival of the nuclear sector: rising activity at the Creusot plant and the Forge+ project under study require flexible rostering while preserving safety, quality and deadlines. Adaptation rests primarily on voluntary participationLegifrance — each employee declares forecast availability for the coming months, kept in a monthly planning schedule — and covers weekend overtime, team changes, shift-pattern (marche) changes and cross-sector post changes.

Weekend overtime is triggered Friday afternoon or Friday night first, then Saturday morning and Saturday afternoon, with one calendar week's notice for foreseeable high load and notice by Wednesday end-of-shift for unforeseen disruptions; a volunteer may not be called for weekend-overtime shifts more than five times a year unless they wish itLegifrance. Team changes within the same shift pattern carry one week's minimum noticeLegifrance and a per-event team-change bonusLegifrance. Shift-pattern changes are capped at three per employee per calendar year unless volunteeredLegifrance, with two weeks' minimum notice (one month for weekend-pattern moves) after information and consultation of the establishment comité social et économiqueLegifrance.

A new adaptation bonus tops up the existing shift-pattern premium: 2% to 5% of base salary plus seniority bonus depending on the pattern moved from and toLegifrance — for example, a Press-shop employee in the 3x8 14-post pattern receives 3% on top of the 14% pattern premium (17% total), and 5% adaptation plus the 10% pattern premium (15% total) when moved to the 2x8 Presse pattern. Where a pattern change cuts pay by 2% or more, a degressive pay-maintenance mechanism appliesLegifrance.

Weekend relief teams run in two patterns — VSD (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and SD (Saturday, Sunday)Legifrance — on renewable 26-week assignmentsLegifrance, with a stated aim of no more than 52 consecutive weeks per employeeLegifrance, protected entry/exit transition periods, fixed pay elements maintained, and paid-leave conversion at 25 reference days to 14 weekend-pattern daysLegifrance. During shutdown periods, volunteers called in for maintenance receive a weekly availability bonusLegifrance; where a major workload disruption overturns validated leave, volunteers also earn one extra leave day per full week shiftedLegifrance. Disputes go to amicable settlement first; revision follows article L.2261-7 of the code du travail, and denunciation requires three months' noticeLegifrance.

Legal basis: avenant n° 3 à l'accord relatif à l'adaptation de l'organisation du travail des salariés à la charge de l'établissement Framatome Le Creusot, signed 29 June 2026, effective 1 October 2026Legifrance Legifrance.

At Framatome Le Creusot, roster volunteers first for weekend overtime and pattern changes from 1 October 2026, apply the 2–5% adaptation bonus and the 26-week VSD/SD assignment rules, and consult the establishment CSE before any collective pattern change.
