The seven animal-feed companies of UES SANDERS FRANCE — SANDERS NEA, SANDERS BRETAGNE, RELIEF, SANDERS NORD EST, SANDERS OUEST, TELLUS and FORCE CENTRE — now share one harmonised social regime. Signed at Bruz on 30 June 2026 with CFDT, CFTC, CGT and FO, the accord d'harmonisation sociale is indefinite, first applies from 1 June 2026Legifrance, and substitutes its stipulations for every same-object provision in the member companies under article L. 2253-7 du code du travail. The branch agreement is the Convention Collective Nationale des Métiers de la Transformation des Grains.
The prime de vacances follows branch terms, worth indicatively 500 euros gross in June 2025 except at Tellus and Force Centre, whose listed sites move from 400 to 450 euros in June 2026Legifrance before a single UES-wide amount in 2027. The 13th-month prime equals November gross base salary plus seniority prime
Legifrance, requires presence on 31 December except for departures and retirements paid pro rata, accrues pro rata for incomplete years with non-occupational sickness excluded, and pays 65% in November with the balance in December; the Chalon site's 108% rate sees its 8-point delta folded into monthly base salary.
Seniority pay is rebuilt on monthly gross base salaryLegifrance on a scale from 2% at three years to 10% from thirty-five years, with Tellus and Force Centre staff converging to the full grid on 1 January 2028

Legifrance, accrued rights stay put until retirement, and each affected employee is told in writing within sixty days what they keep. Sickness cover brings IJSS subrogation from eight months' seniority and employer-funded carence at 100% for the first two stops of the year, 50% for the third, nothing from the fourth. Health cover keeps each site's mutuelle on a 75-25 split.
Seniority leave survives in SANDERS OUEST and SANDERS BRETAGNE, and the group GEPP adds one leave day at fifty-nine and two from sixty. Paid sick-child absences are capped at two days per child under sixteen. Excess commuting time to another site counts as effective working time, and non-itinerant staff get a 7.80 euro ticket restaurant at 60% employer share. Médailles du travail earn 1,500 euros net from twenty years once the préfecture validates. The journée de solidarité falls on Whit Monday for seven unpaid hours.
Production pay variables are exhaustively reset: suppressed outright are the polyvalence, assiduité, remplacement, responsabilité, entretien, formateur, qualité, nettoyage, productivité, qualité sécurité and compensatrice primes plus the Boucé 21h–22h uplift and VERTOU usagesLegifrance, with Bretteville amounts folded into base salary. Kept are the Saint-Gérand 80 euro trituration prime, the Bretteville 50 euro granulation prime, day and night baskets at 6.50 and 7.10 euros, and a new 10 euro daily replacement prime excluding deputies.
Legal basis: accord d'harmonisation sociale UES SANDERS FRANCE of 30 June 2026, applying the Convention Collective Nationale des Métiers de la Transformation des Grains and articles L. 2253-7, L. 3121-3, L. 3133-7 and L. 1225-61 du code du travail.
Apply the single seniority grid and harmonised 13th-month on the June 2026 payroll, fold the suppressed Bretteville amounts into base salaries, and tell each SELENCIA beneficiary in writing within 60 days what rights they keep.
