What sources does Taxxa search?

Taxxa searches a continuously updated collection of more than one million pages from tax authorities, government publications, legislation and case law across the European jurisdictions it covers. Every response cites the underlying material, so a professional can inspect the rule, its jurisdiction and whether it is current before relying on the result.

Can Taxxa work with a team’s own documents?

Yes. Research can combine the public knowledge base with a team’s own PDF, DOCX, CSV and TXT files in one workspace. That makes it possible to compare a client document with the relevant guidance, trace a conclusion to its source and prepare a draft without losing the evidence that supports it.

Who is Taxxa built for?

Accountants, auditors, tax advisors, payroll specialists, bookkeepers and advisory teams working across European jurisdictions. Shared workspaces keep research available to colleagues, and citations make review easier.

Where is customer data stored, and is it used to train models?

Customer data stays in the European Union and is never used to train language models.

Does Taxxa replace professional judgement?

No. Taxxa is a research and drafting workspace. It helps professionals reach an informed starting point faster; the professional still reviews the evidence and makes the final decision. It does not file returns, post bookkeeping entries or give legal advice.

Industry: Manufacture of chemicals and chemical products

Importers of Chinese alkylphosphonic acids and their sodium salts must pay definitive anti-dumping duty from 22 September 2026Tulli. The products are 2-phosphonobutane-1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid and its sodium salt tetrasodium hydrogen 2-phosphonatobutane-1,2,4-tricarboxylate, in solid form or aqueous solution, currently classified under CN code 2931 49 80 (TARIC code 2931 49 80 60)Europa.

The duty rates depend on the producing company, applied to the net free-at-Union-frontier price before dutyEuropa: Jiyuan Qingyuan Water Treatment 183.8 per cent (TARIC additional code 88CI)Europa, Nantong Uniphos Chemicals 192.2 per cent (88CJ)Europa, Shandong Taihe Technologies 156.7 per cent (88CK)Europa, other cooperating companies listed in the Annex 173.8 per centEuropa, and all other imports originating in China 192.2 per cent (TARIC additional code 8999)Europa. Applying a company-specific rate requires presenting a valid commercial invoice to the Member State customs authorities with the prescribed signed declaration identifying the manufacturer; until such an invoice is presented, the all-other-imports rate of 192.2 per cent appliesEuropa.

The duty lasts five yearsTulli. Amounts secured by way of the provisional anti-dumping duty imposed by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/1045 of 12 May 2026 are definitively collectedEuropa, with amounts secured in excess of the definitive rates releasedEuropa. In practice Tulli releases the securities lodged and sends the customer a post-clearance recovery decision (jälkikantopäätös)Tulli, so duty is also payable on goods imported while the provisional duty was in forceTulli.

The Commission had made imports subject to registration by Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2385 of 27 November 2025, but the conditions for retroactive collection were not metTulli: imports after the investigation period showed no further substantial rise beyond the injurious level (volumes down 22 per cent with prices down 14 per cent against the investigation-period average, and up only 1 per cent with prices down 23 per cent in the run-up to provisional measures). There is therefore no retroactive collection for the registration periodTulli.

Legal basis: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/2088 of 18 September 2026, Articles 1 to 4Europa.

Classify new Chinese alkylphosphonic-acid consignments under TARIC 2931 49 80 60, apply the producer-specific definitive rate from 22 September 2026, and attach the signed manufacturer-declaration invoice to claim a company-specific rate.
