Documentary evidence is required for the training entries listed in the form, with a single exception. The certificate must show the organiser's details, the participant's name, the topic and its connection to accounting knowledge, the date, and the volume in hours or academic hours. Training completed through Eesti Raamatupidajate Kogu courses or information days needs no separate evidence; completing the form fields is enough. An invoice counts as evidence only if it carries all five details, and where an ERK web training is watched as a team, the academic hours count only for the person registered on the ERK website. Volume conversions are fixed: 1 CPE equals 50 minutes or 1,11 academic hours, while 1 EAP and 1 EKAP each equal 26 hours or 34,7 academic hours.
Applicants download the level-specific form, rename it with their own name, save it in XLS, XLSX, SXC or ODS format, and sign it together with all evidence in the DigiDoc4 Klient application, unencrypted and not packed as a ZIP file, then attach the signed container to the application at the bottom of the web page. Registered Töötukassa clients should call the kutsekoordinaator before applying: Annely Tammai, telephone 5645 6566. The raamatupidaja, tase 5 certificate remains indefinite and needs no re-certification. The restructured page no longer carries the earlier allowance for trainers to count their own teaching toward up to 20 academic hours of the training requirement.
Legal basis: re-certification follows the Kutse andmise kord for the accounting professions, last amended by the Äriteeninduse ja Muu Äritegevuse Kutsenõukogu decision of 7 May 2026, with the detailed qualification requirements stated on the ERK re-certification page.
Level-6 certificate holders whose certificate expires in autumn 2026: file the re-certification application by 9 November 2026 with evidence of 40 academic hours and three years' experience, and pay 101.68 €.
